HONDA UNICORN 150CC
Honda is back in the 150cc segment with the launch of their Unicorn upgrade, called Unicorn Sports
Uni has side panel profiles and front headlight fairing just like the CBZ Xtreme .
The previous Uni, whish was much criticized for its looks; a lot emphasis has been laid on the new version. Priced at Rs. 58150 (Ex showroom Delhi), I would rate this Unicorn as a good upgrade to its current version. Sadly the stickers still stay, but what comes along this iteration are New Side panels, Black alloy wheels, black engine and black engine cover. And also the front forks have the black theme.

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt Ltd. has upgraded its 150cc Unicorn Bike to CB Unicorn. After the launch of the bike back in the year 2005, this is the 3rd iteration of the bike till now. No wonder, Honda is following in the footsteps of Hero Honda in marketing of its products in India.
The CB Unicorn Motorcycle has been upgraded to meet the stringent BS 4 Emission Norms, while the engine remains the same with 13.3bhp. Its competitors like Bajaj Pulsar 150 (14.1 bhp), Yamaha R15 (17bhp), Suzuki GS 150R (13.8bhp) and the TVS Apache RTR 160 (15.2) are racing ahead with much more power.
The CB Unicorn now gets the Honda’s viscous air filter and maintenance free batteries which, according to Honda, will help in reducing the cost of ownership. On the visual side, Honda has removed all the graphics from the body and has put up a CB Unicorn Sticker on the side rear cowl of the bike. The Unicorn is now also available in a new color – ‘Pearl Sienna Red‘ apart from the Metallic Black and Silver. It is priced at INR 67,008 on-road Pune.
